♥ Turquish diets consist in the consume of a lot of meat accompanied with fresh vegetables. Meat is mainly of cow, sheep and chicken. But there is no pork meat because in this region pork doesn't exist. 

♥ Bread is the best friend of turquish people, it accompanies all meals; as breakfast, lunch and the dinner.

♥ During the summer turquis people consume some fruits such as Cherry, Peach, Grape and Melon. Apples, Oranges and Pears are common mostly in Winter.

♥ RAKI is the popular drink of turkey, is made with sesame seeds and is considered one of the drinks with highest levels of alcohol

♥ Turquish food contains a lot of spices that are used for food flavoring.
